SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please be reminded that we are a small bakery and while we keep busy baking biscuits everyday, we try not to keep inventory on hand, this is to ensure
that we send you the freshest product possible. What this means to you as a customer, is that you can expect your order to ship approximately 5 to 10 business days from when the order is placed.
Which courier service do you use to ship orders?
We ship all orders via Canada Post using Regular Parcel service.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Shipping speed depends on where you reside. To see how long it will take to deliver your order, you can use Canada Post's Delivery Standard tool. Simply enter "L4K 2B9" in the 'Sending From' postal code box and enter the postal code you would like the order to be delivered to in the 'Sending To' box.
For more accurate tracking, you can use the tracking number that is sent in the shipment confirmation email.
Please note that Canada Post Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.
I have purchased from a store, can I process a return?
Please refer to the return policy of the retailer you have purchased from.
I have purchased online from williwawtreats.ca, can I process a return?
Due to the nature of our products being a baked consumable good, we are unable to honour any return requests.
